Design partners, not case studies
We are shaping ChangeFabric with a small group of companies, on their real workflows. Until a partner chooses to be named, we don't publish who they are or what they measured.
The work we are looking for
Patterns, not customers: the situations where a design partnership is most useful to both sides.
- Operations
Scripts and reports no one owns
The question it raises: which of these AI-built workflows would we miss tomorrow, and who fixes them when they break?
- Engineering
AI-written code reaching production
The question it raises: which changes did AI write, under which rules, and who approved them?
- Finance
AI spend with no line items
The question it raises: what did each piece of AI work cost, and was it worth running?
Why this page has no logos
Sensitive work needs discipline. A page full of borrowed logos and round numbers would be the opposite of what we sell.
No logos without permission
Who we work with is theirs to share. We name a partner only when they ask us to.
No numbers we didn't measure
When we publish a result, it will come from a partner's own run records, counted with a method their finance team agreed.
Request access
ChangeFabric is in a closed beta with a small group of design partners. Tell us where AI work already runs in your business.
- A person on our team reads every request.
- The first conversation is about the one workflow you name, not a generic demo.
- If it fits, we scope a design-partner engagement and price it with you.
