Subscription & cancellation

Monthly or annual billing. Cancel any time. Annual refunds are prorated by unused month.

Service-level commitments

99.9% monthly uptime SLA on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Free and Essentials are best-effort. Status: changefabric.statuspage.io.

Acceptable use

No abuse, no scraping the platform, no using the chatbot to extract our system prompt, no using Framer, Weaver, Tracer, or connected release capabilities to generate or operate software that violates provider policies or applicable law.

Liability

Capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months. We are a small team building careful infrastructure. We will not agree to unlimited liability.

Changes

We will email you 30 days before any material change. This URL always has the current version.
